South High All Nations - Working in support of the students and the American Indian magnet program including integration of culture and language in rigorous curriculum.
South High Counseling Department - Minneapolis Public Schools; revamped the Counseling Department from a crisis-response and non-essential duty program to a model, pro-active, comprehensive, developmental school counseling program. Reknowned statewide for the quality of our program. Won the prestigious RAMP award, 2011!
Beijing Royal School- Consulting Educator; worked with BRS's counseling department and administration on creating a comprehensive school counseling program. Created processes, forms, policies and procedures to assist the school move toward an "American model" high school.
Ramp Up to Readiness/College Readiness Consortium, University of Minnesota - Working with secondary and post-secondary leaders from across the state, created a broad-scope system for college readiness for all students in the state of Minnesota.
MELD (formerly Minnesota Early Learning Design); created programming and curriculum for Young Parents, Immigrant Parents, trainers and staff; worked with evaluation and data analysis of program effectiveness.
